Pole'Nography Studio Policies
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pole’Nography website, booking a class, attending a session, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services. Pole’Nography reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Services Provided
Pole’Nography offers pole fitness classes, beginner pole instruction, private sessions, group classes, and private parties or events. All services are provided for fitness, recreation, and entertainment purposes.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older to participate independently. Participants under 18 must have parental consent and supervision. All participants should be physically capable of engaging in physical activity.
4. Booking and Reservations
All classes and services must be booked in advance through our website or booking system. A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Pole’Nography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes if necessary.
5. Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
6. No Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable. This includes class bookings, private sessions, event reservations, packages, and memberships.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the class credit or payment.
8. Assumption of Risk
Pole fitness is a physical activity that involves strength, flexibility, and balance. By participating, you acknowledge the risks associated with physical exercise and accept full responsibility for any injuries that may occur.
9. Liability Waiver
Pole’Nography, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while participating in classes or activities.
10. Studio Rules
Participants must follow instructor guidance and safety instructions at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class or studio without refund.
11. Photography and Media
Pole’Nography may capture photos or videos during classes or events for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please inform the staff.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Pole’Nography website, including logos, branding, images, graphics, and text, is the property of Pole’Nography and may not be used without permission.
13. Privacy
Pole’Nography respects your privacy and will not sell personal information to third parties except when required for booking or payment processing.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Booking & Payments
All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system. Payment is required to reserve your spot.
Cancellation Policy
Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being forfeited.
Late Arrival Policy
Students arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to participate in class. This is to ensure all students complete the required warm-up to prevent injuries.
Dress Code
Students should wear athletic shorts and a sports bra or fitted top. Skin contact is required for the pole grip. Bare feet or pole dance heels are allowed, depending on the class type.
Jewelry
Please remove rings, bracelets, watches, and other jewelry before class to prevent damage to poles and injury.
Studio Etiquette
Students are expected to be respectful to instructors and fellow students. Poles must be cleaned after use.
Private Parties & Events
Private group bookings require a deposit to secure the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date with adequate notice.
Safety & Participation
Pole’Nography reserves the right to refuse participation if a student appears injured, impaired, or unable to safely participate.Â

What to Wear
Wear athletic shorts and a sports bra or fitted top. Skin contact helps you grip the pole properly.
Do NOT Apply Lotion
Please avoid lotions, oils, or body creams on the day of class as they make poles slippery..
Arrive Early
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and get comfortable before class begins.
What to Expect
Your class will include a warm-up, beginner pole techniques, and a short routine. No experience is required.
Bring Water
Pole fitness is a full-body workout, so staying hydrated is important.
Most Importantly — Have Fun
Pole fitness is about building strength, confidence, and celebrating movement in a supportive environment.
